Terms of Use
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Candere websites at candere.net and canderegroup.com (“the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by Candere Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 823459), with its registered office at 102 Rathdown Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, A63 FY74, Ireland. You can contact us at hello@canderegroup.com.
2. Using the site
You may view and use the site for lawful purposes and to find out about our services. You must not misuse it — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting or overloading the service, scraping it at scale, introducing malicious code, or using it in breach of any law.
3. Our content and brand
The site, including its text, design, graphics and the Candere name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Candere Limited and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our permission, other than for normal personal or business reference.
4. Information, not advice
The site provides general information about Candere and its services. It is not accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, and nothing on it creates a client or advisory relationship. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement between us.
5. Enquiries
Submitting the enquiry form allows us to contact you about your enquiry. It does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to our client portal (portal.candere.net) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any external site.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from any reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal data, and forms part of your use of the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies; please check back for changes.
